Yes. Month-to-month — cancel any time, no penalty. We keep you because the service is good, not because the contract is sticky.
What if I move?+
If you move within our service area, your plan stays. If you move out of area, we'll pro-rate and refund the unused portion. No questions.
Does it cover emergencies?+
Total Home gets priority emergency dispatch (within 24 hrs). Pro gets free emergency calls, including weekends and holidays.
What's NOT included?+
Big-ticket items like full system replacements, large remodels, and parts. You'll get a discount on the labor, but parts pass through at cost.
Can I add my second home?+
Absolutely. Each property is its own plan. Bundle two and the second is 20% off — just call us to set it up.
